Paying rent: the basics you should know

Here are the basics you should know about paying your rent to avoid late fees!

Different options for paying rent are: to bring it in person to our Selah office, mail it, drop it in the drop box, or pay online (Echeck is free!).

Rent is always due on the first, with a grace period through the 5th (just in case of uncontrollable circumstances).

If rent isn’t in the office by the 5th, you will be charged late fees which continue to accrue until paid in full.

You always have the option to pay rent in advance.

If you have any questions, make sure to call and ask us before it is too late!
