New Team Members!

Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce that over the next few weeks we will be welcoming three new team members!

Kayla will be our Relations Specialist. You will find her happily greeting you at the front and answering any and all concerns you may have. Melissa is our new Admin. Specialist.  She will be assisting our Asset Manager with various projects an reports that are vital to our company. Josh will be our Office Coordinator. Similar to Melissa, Josh will be assisting in various tasks and reports throughout the day and ensure our team is being the best we can for you!

The Office Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring all company processes and procedures run smoothly. This position will be customer service oriented, have excellent attention to detail and be a team player. Responsible for facilitating, coordinating and supervising  the daily activities and all related functions of the Office and Property Management Teams.

Administrative Specialist

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Assest Manager to ensure our properties are maintained to owner and resident expectations. This position will create scopes of work, solicit/award bids and ensure vendor and team member compliance and follow-up.

Good Morning & Happy REAL Friday! This week has been a little wacky with the holiday falling in the middle of the week. The good news is that you have officially made it through and the weekend is just around the corner! Go enjoy yourself and take advantage of this beautiful summer weather.

Independence Day

Just as a heads up, we will be closed on July 4th to celebrate Independence Day. We will reopen on Thursday July 5th with our normal operating hours 8:30am-5:30pm. Have fun and be safe!

Keep a Clean House!

With the kids being home for the summer, it might be more difficult to keep a clean house.  If you find yourself struggling to keep the house tidy while the kids are home, try the following tips!

1. Give them each 3 tasks to complete each day.

2. Leave! The more time away from the house, the less time there is to make a mess!

3. Eat outside.

4. Make cleaning a game so the kids will want to help.

We are in search of a highly motivated, hardworking and dedicated person to join our team. That could be you! Do you enjoy being outdoors? Do you enjoy creating above and beyond experiences for customers? Maybe you find it enjoyable to do something different each day. If this sounds exciting to you, continue reading!

In this position, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of landscaping, entry ways and laundry rooms of our apartment complexes. You will perform scheduled lawn and grounds maintenance on both residential and commercial properties while providing superior customer service. Communication skills are vital as you will communicate with supervisor, colleagues and customers each and every day.

The perfect candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, must be reliable and on time, have a professional attitude and must have knowledge of trimming.

This is a full time position with a salary $15-$17/hr. depending on experience.
