Hello Residents!

We are grateful you have chosen us for your home.

At Graf Investments, our residents are important to us! You can expect excellent customer service and timely responses to any of your needs.

What do I need to do when moving out?

A vacate notice must be submitted and received by us no later than (30) days prior to the end of the vacating month if on a lease. It would be (20) days prior to the end of the month if you are on a month to month contract. 

No exceptions will be made, failure to meet this would result in an improper notice.

If you are needing to break your lease please contact your property manager to see what options you may have. 


We at Graf Investments Inc respect and value your tenancy and thank you for the time you have chosen to stay with us. We hate to see you go, but hope you find the helpful cleaning check-list on the right of use before your departure, this should hopefully help maximize your deposit return. Also take the time to view the video on this page as it also contains helpful advice to help you on your move out.

Before Moving Out:

• Make sure that all of your items and belongings are out of your home prior to your vacate date at noon.
• If you are getting rid of furniture, please DO NOT leave it in or around the dumpster.
• You can take your furniture to the dump or Goodwill. You can also call       Goodwill or Habitat for Humanity to see if they can pick up your items.

 * Any items left behind will result in charges added to your account immediately if this occurs *
