Graf Investments has coverage only for the building and liability coverage on the property. In the event of a loss, your personal belongings are not covered and if someone is injured in your unit you can be held responsible. You could lose everything! The average renter's policy is only $12 a month and provides personal property coverage of $25,000 and liability coverage of $300,000.
